BossPaws accepts all major credit and debit cards via Stripe on the web, and supports App Store (iPhone) and Google Play (Android) payments on mobile. All transactions are encrypted and securely processed. BossPaws never stores your card details.

Cancel anytime — no fees, no questions asked. On the web, go to Billing & Plans in the app and click "Manage Subscription." On iPhone, go to Settings > Subscriptions. On Android, go to Google Play > Subscriptions. Your paid features remain active until the end of your billing period.

Your pet's data and health records are always preserved — we never delete your data when you change plans. If you downgrade below a storage limit, existing files and records are retained but you won't be able to add new entries beyond your plan limits until you upgrade again.

If you delete your account entirely, all data is permanently and immediately erased — the deletion happens instantly in the app, with no grace period and no way to recover it.

Every database table is protected by Row Level Security (RLS), ensuring only you can access your pet's records. Files stored in FileDesk are encrypted and isolated per account.

We use a small number of trusted infrastructure providers to operate BossPaws — for cloud hosting, payment processing, and AI capabilities. These providers access only the data necessary to deliver their service and are contractually bound to protect it.

Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe (web), the App Store (iPhone), or Google Play (Android) — all PCI DSS certified payment processors. BossPaws never sees or stores your credit card number. Your financial data goes directly to the payment processor and never touches our servers.

Yes. You can delete your account at any time from within the app under Settings > Account Actions. Deletion is immediate, permanent, and irreversible — as soon as you confirm, your account and all associated data are erased instantly, with no grace period and no way to recover them.
